At The Goulet Pen Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your writing experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return most items in their original condition within 60 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that fountain pens are flushed of ink and all accessories, converters, and nibs are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our fulfillment center in Henrico, Virginia.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 3-5 business days.
