How long will it take for my order to ship?
We pride ourselves on fast fulfillment. Most orders placed before 2:00 PM ET Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. Tracking information will be sent to your email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
What is your return policy for pens and ink?
We want you to love your purchase. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 60 days. For fountain pens that have been inked, please contact our customer service team for assistance with a partial refund or exchange.
How do I know if a specific ink is safe for my vintage pen?
We recommend using pH-neutral, water-based inks for vintage pens. Avoid shimmering or high-sheen inks in older models. You can check our 'Ink Sample' descriptions for specific compatibility notes.
Do you inspect pens before they are sent out?
While we do not ink every pen to ensure they remain 'New in Box,' our team performs a visual inspection of the nib and body for any obvious defects to ensure you receive a high-quality product.
